Granting Admin Access to Share Dashboard

Can anyone other than the owner grant "sharing" access?   I know the owner can grant to allow others to edit the dashboard, but I don't see an option to allow more than one dashboard owner so that more than one can grant share privs at dashboard level.

Anyone with the dashboard_admin role can share any dashboard, but other than that, no.
