Hi Community,
Hope I could get some advice on the following use case: we need to create some reports/Data Viz that would showcase the number of projects where:
- The Baseline Planned capital >= The Current Planned capital (these count as passed KPI)
- The Baseline Planned capital < The Current Planned capital (these count as failed KPI)
I need to showcase the percentage of those that Passed and Failed KPI as well as the difference between the 2 Planned Capital values (per project).
What would be the best way to approach this? I'm a bit unsure if I need to create any custom field/s on pm_project_baseline or if I can use existing capability, i.e. Platform Analytics.
Any help would be appreciated 🙂
