Hi everyone,
I need help restricting access to the Data Visualizations module under the Platform Analytics Workspace.
We want to ensure that only users in the Customer group are restricted from seeing this module, while all other users should continue to have access.
I initially tried the following approaches:
- Updated the module and removed customer-related roles, and assigned only Admin/ITIL roles
- Verified access via sys_app_module (Filter Navigator)
- Since this is part of the Platform Analytics Workspace, I also checked sys_ux_app_route, but I did not find any role or condition fields to control visibility there
However, the issue is that users in the Customer Dashboard group can still see the Data Visualizations module, and I am concerned they may access sensitive report data.
Could someone please advise on the correct way to restrict this module in the Platform Analytics Workspace?
Is there a specific configuration, role, or UX layer that controls visibility for this module?
