Hi Sukraj. I am sure you know all of this, but I have common answers to that frequently-asked question. They either:
- Don't know how to use ServiceNow
- Don't have the access they need to manipulate data in ServiceNow
- Don't know how to or don't have access to reporting in ServiceNow
- Plan to use another reporting tool, like Tableau for reporting
First, I would suggest checking to see if this export is already being done. Next, I would get with your data mart / data lake team to see if you can have the data exported (as Adam suggested) there so more people can take advantage of it.

As mentioned you can change the global limits, but why? If you need to do this on a regular basis, I would look at Export Sets: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-platform-administration/page/administer/export-sets/conce...
I recommend you check the docs for all your options: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-platform-administration/page/administer/exporting-data/co...
Overall though, I always question why we need to export large sets of data. That introduces timing issues (the data continues to change after you export it), security issues (no more ACLs), and actionability issues (you can't just click on the record and take action).
