How can I locate or edit a widget category related to responsive dashboards

When I add widgets to a dashboard,  I can select from widget categories or reports, Performance Analytics and other categories. would like to understand where those categories are stored. 

Specifically, I came across a service Offering widget that I need to understand before adding it to my dashboard.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Please add the widget to the dashboard and once you add the widget try to hover on it and you will get to see an pencil icon and try to click on it you will be able to see the configurations in that widget

Nevermind, I found the answer myself.  These widgets are in the system UI widgets and cannot be edited using the pencil.

So I went to the system UI widgets and found them. They are javascript widgets.
