Service Performance Analytics Dashboard – Relating Category and Sub-Category Filters in Zurich

Hi Community,

I am working on a Service Performance Analytics Dashboard in the Zurich release and would like to understand whether it is possible to create a dependency between Category and Sub-Category filters.

Requirement:

  • When a user selects a Category, the Sub-Category filter should automatically display only the sub-categories related to the selected category.
  • This should work dynamically on the dashboard filters, similar to cascading or dependent filters.

I have reviewed the dashboard filter options but could not find a straightforward way to relate these two breakdown filters in the Zurich version.

Has anyone implemented this requirement successfully? If so:

  • Is this supported out of the box in Zurich?
  • Are there any recommended configurations, best practices, or workarounds?
  • Does this require custom scripting or dashboard interactivity settings?

Any guidance or documentation references would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

I think this feature is not available in the Australia release.
