How Can I sort the Results of a Multilevel Pivot Report

Hi All,

My company uses a multilevel pivot report to track the number of chats taken by agents.  Here is an example:

How can I sort the results by the number of Closed Complete, instead of alphabetically by agent?  I've tried using the Sort button but have not had any luck so far.  We are currently using Jakarta.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think you have put the closed complete on the row level. Please move this to fist. It should be sorted out based on the closed complete. I tried similar scenario with different fields and it is working in london release

Hi Harsh,

I'm not sure I understand your answer?  This is how it is currently set:

We were upgraded to London over the weekend but I still do not see a way to sort it based on the values in the Closed Complete column.
