Hi all
I created a line graph report for the number of incidents received by the Service Desk over a 5 month period (see below).
I would like to add a trend line (a line that shows the mean number of incidents over that 5 month period). I would be very grateful for anyone's assistance.
Thank you.

Hi Adam
I can't seem to find how I would add conditions to the additional data set. Below are all the options I see. I can't seem to find the condition builder. I also can't seem to find the correct categories from the drop down menus that would allow me to add a trendline that represents the mean of all the data points (so it should look like a straight horizontal line).

Click on the filter icon next to all. That should expand the filters.

Thank you Adam - that worked to add conditions. Now I have to figure out if it's possible to insert a trendline which is proving very difficult.

That is the part I'm pretty unsure how you will do that. Did you look at the other report types (like the trend report type)?

Hi Adam, the client wants a line graph but it doesn't seem to matter which report type I use. I can't seem to find the options to add a line that dissects the graph horizontally and represents the mean of all the data points. I'll keep searching. Thanks for all your help.
