How do I determine which users have 'homepage' set as their preference in general settings?

As we are prepping to upgrade to San Diego, we need to target communication to analyst who have "Homepage" set under their general settings. How do we find who has that setting? (Screenshot of setting attached)

Hi Linda,

Navigate to User Administration >> User Preferences >> User Preference

Filter by 

Name: my_home_navigation_page

Value: default

would mean users have set Homepage as default

For records with

Name: my_home_navigation_page

Value: $pa_dashboard.do 

would mean users have set Dashboard as default
