Hi!
Setting up some reports and trend charts for our Service desk and they are asking me to show data for 13 months in the report
From the latest full month and then back 13 months so that they can compare the latest full month with the corresponding month prev year. And se the trend over the year.
In the reports module I only have the possibility to go for 10, 12, 15, 20. I will try to convince them on that 15 months i better but we all know the answer to that.

Hi,
In your report filter condition use 'Relative' operator and give on or before 13 months.
Hope this helps !!
Thanks,
Santo

Hello!
I am also looking for a "Last 13 Months" filter, but the "Relative" doesn't go back to the first day of current month -13, but it goes back to today -13 months. For example today is 14th of December 2023 - If I choose "Relative" > After 13 months ago, the earliest date is 14th of December 2022.
How can I create a real "Last 13 months" filter?

Anyone? - I'm also looking for the answer to this. Relative filter which goes to the 1st day of the month instead of the current day in that month.
