We currently use Platform Analytics dashboards with multiple tabs (Incident, Change, , etc.).
We have to add new tab called “Now Assist usage” in the same Platform Analytics dashboard.
Our requirement is to Now Assist usage information from Subscription Management inside this dashboard.
Specifically, we are looking for guidance on:
Is there a supported way to bring the Subscription Management → Now Assist usage view
(Total purchased assists, Total used assists, Available assists, instance‑level data)
into a Platform Analytics dashboard tab?
Does ServiceNow support:
- Embedding or launching the Subscription Management page inside Platform Analytics
- Displaying this data via widgets, visualizations, or links within the dashboard?
If direct embedding is not supported, what is the recommended ServiceNow best‑practice approach to surface Now Assist usage from Subscription Management alongside Platform Analytics dashboards?
We want to ensure we follow:
- ServiceNow‑supported design patterns
- Upgrade‑safe configurations
- License and entitlement governance best practices
