How to calculate the Uptime / Availability of CI's for all the classes Per month.

Hello Expert,
We have an Event Duration field on the Incident form that captures downtime, and of course the Configuration Item is selected on the incident as well. But I like to calculate the UP Time or Availability for all the CI classes per month.
I have taken Incident table to measure the data against 24/7 uptime. When Incident was mapped with the CI, then we can able to calculate the availability for the classes... But in my case, I want to list out all the CI's classes even though there is no downtime.
If downtime is not mapped with the incident, then I like to display it as 100% availability. Could you please suggest how to display all the CI classes in breakdown list for every month.

before you spend the time building this, I would like to suggest that in my opinion this is not real Availability.
If the CI was truly down, do you always get an INC? How about if it was down because of a Change? SSO Issue on the login for the app or LB issues?
This is why monitoring tools are used to report availability.
