Hi Experts,
In PA, we have sample example for "Average age of open incidents" and "Average age of Resolved incidents", but I am little bit confused how to create a "Average age for Backlog Incidents". we need to consider the incidents which is not resolved or closed ? (Opened date - score end ) is that correct?

There is formula indicator out of the box named Incident backlog growth that takes Number of new incidents - Number of resolved incidents. Does that work?

Thanks michael,
OOB indicator Average age open incidents having conditions like opened at or before today and Resolved is empty or resolved after today. This is just to calculate the age only for open incidents, not for backlog right?
