Hi @Ritu_Chaudhary,
You can create a Visual Task Board by going to Self-Service > Visual Task Boards. From there, you’ll have the option to create either a Freeform Board (where you manually add and arrange tasks) or a Data-Driven Board (which automatically organizes tasks based on fields like State, Assignment Group, or Priority).
For a step-by-step walkthrough, here’s the official ServiceNow documentation:
Visual Task Board (ServiceNow Docs)
This should help you get started quickly.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi @Ritu_Chaudhary ,
To create a visual task board in ServiceNow, type "Visual Task Boards" into the filter navigator, click the Self Service -> Visual task board module, and then click the New button to select either a Freeform Board (for manual organization) or a Data-driven Board (to connect to a table like Incidents). Freeform boards allow you to create and name your own lanes and task cards from scratch, while data-driven boards automatically populate lanes based on a table's field values, such as "State" for the Incident table.
