Hi everyone,
can you please help me with this requirement , i have the automated indicator " Oldest creation in the monthly stock of SCtasks" , with the below data :
I need to see the oldest creation date of tickets in stock from last month
I want to try using 'orderBy('sys_created_on')" but I don't know how to do it since PA scripts are meant for calculations and don't use GlideRecords. Is there a solution to achieve this?
