Hi,
you can achieve this via creating a list filter:
1. Create list filter:
2. Choose "Filter", search for "Filter on Dashboard" and choose Incident table:
3. Choose the records (default view):
4. Add it to the dashboard:
5. Review the dashboard:
I hope this helps.
Kind regards
Tobias

Yes, indeed it needs a report_admin role for creating a widget.
But even though I do have the required role, I still can't create the 'Filter' type in the widget.
Any idea?

To create an interacive filter, you need report_admin, to create a widget (sys_widget) you need admin. I'm not sure what the old homepage filters really are, but your screen shot is of interactive filters, not the old homepage filters.

Hi Si Min,
My group and My work are nothing but gauges that are used to hold content on dashboard or Homepages.so,that they are showing breadcrumbs.
To know more about gauges please refer,
