How to fetch the last run date of ServiceNow reports?

I have a lot of reports in ServiceNow which are created for temporary requirements. There are few important reports among these which are mapped to the dashboards. 

I'm trying to query the reports based on the last run date and deactivate the ones which are created once but not run/used anymore.

I can get the last updated date of a report but couldn't find the last run date.

Can someone guide me?

Navigate to 

Reports > Administration > Report Statistics

You will find the details.
