Question: How can I get a report of users that logged into portal?

I can get a report of users that entered incidents via the portal.

Any ideas are welcome,

Another option is that (depending on volume) you may be able to report on the Web Log table as an indicator source, then limit it to entries that contain the portal path.   I haven't tried it personally though, so you may find that it uses table rotation, in which case you would only get a subset.
