I’m building an ITSM dashboard and looking to group assignment groups based by towers/business service.
What’s the best way to establish this kind of mapping in ServiceNow? Is there a standard field, table relationship, or recommended approach for reporting on assignment groups by Business Service?
Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
