How to pull the report based on Assigned Date

Hello,

I need to pull a report based the assigned date to any Assignment Group, we need a report where tickets are not updated since last 5 days these 5 days should be based on assigned date

I am able to pull the report but not able to filter as per the requirement, condition is Assignment Group should not be Service Desk & Assigned To must be Empty and tickets are in queue which was not assigned to anyone since 5 days.

Can anyone please help me out

Can you include a screenshot of the filters you are applying?



I'm not aware of an OOTB field that captures assigned (or last assigned) date on tasks.   Did you add that?   Based on your requirements, it sounds like you may need to add that.   It is unclear how something doesn't have an assigned to but would have an assigned date or is this when the group was assigned?



Can you use an SLA for this and then just report on that?

Here are the screenshots which i acheive as per the requirement and conditions are working fine only problem is i can see multiple values of same incident if the incident is updated with multiple assignement groups as shown below:

As you the see the last ticket was worked with different assignment groups can i get only 1 record instead of 3 and only the recent updated record value ???


Are using the new report designer?   I think you could put these conditions in a related list condition (Add related list conditions) with the report being on incident. That would give you one record per incident.
