how to share multiple reports all at once for GRC dashboards

How do I share multiple reports to the same groups all at once. It seems very inefficient to have to share each one itinually.

1.Navigate to the sys_report table and then apply filter to the list view to show only your reports.

2. Right Click on any of the column and click on update all ( it will show the pop up of records count which are going to be updated )

3. Update the Group field .

Make sure you add group field to the form.

I just tried this and got an error message saying the group field has been discontinued. Is there an update for how to update multiple reports at once to either share with multiple users, groups, or to set the share with everyone setting?
