Hello PA Community,
I am looking to visualize "Average Days Between P1 Incidents" or also known as Mean Time Between Failures for my division. This is not achievable with Standard Reporting and I can't seem to figure out how to do it with Performance Analytics.
Any tips or suggestions?
Thank you
Mark

Hi @Mark Nguyen
The indicator script is calculating correctly.
If you look at the last incident of February it was on 9th Feb, for this ticket the last incident to be compare will be INC0000055, which opened at 26 August.
If you calculate this manually, it will come out to be 24.
Thanks and Regards,

Thanks @Saurabh Gupta . The indicator should take into account INCXXXXXX8 - INCXXXXXX1 as these were P1s created in Febuary. The indicator I am looking for would visualize f "Mean Time Between Failures". For Febuary the MTBF would not be 24 day average, it would be much less due to how many P1s were created.
