I can't get a word cloud to work

I have followed all the instructions and can't get a word cloud to work.  I setup the text analytics, make sure it's part of a job, make sure the job has text collection, but when I try to create a widget, there are no indicators to select.  If I try new from that window, you can't even select word cloud.  Am I missing something?

On your new widget, do you have the Type set to Text, and Visualization set to Word Cloud?

Yep.  But when I select indicator, there is nothing there, even though I followed the steps to create an indicator that collects text.  Also, if I click new from the indicator pop-up, text isn't available as an option.  Do you think I'm missing a plugin or something that allows this to work?

Did you run the jobs to collect the data?

When you add the widget, you're choosing Text:

I've run the daily and historical collections with the text option selected.  Everything looks to be successful until I try to add content.
