I can't get a word cloud to work

I have followed all the instructions and can't get a word cloud to work.  I setup the text analytics, make sure it's part of a job, make sure the job has text collection, but when I try to create a widget, there are no indicators to select.  If I try new from that window, you can't even select word cloud.  Am I missing something?

In your indicator, is the Aggregate field set to Count?

Ok, check out this blog for any mistakes you might have made along the way.

Just to make sure, you start with Text Analytics > Setup Fields?

I've made this mistake as well.  Under Performance Analytics -> Text Analytics -> Setup , you should have one setup (if not then set one up).  Click into one of these 'Performance Analytics Text Index Configuration' records and make sure you have it associated to the indicator in the related lists shown below.
