I can't get a word cloud to work

I have followed all the instructions and can't get a word cloud to work.  I setup the text analytics, make sure it's part of a job, make sure the job has text collection, but when I try to create a widget, there are no indicators to select.  If I try new from that window, you can't even select word cloud.  Am I missing something?

You have to go to Performance Analytics -> Setup 

Make sure you have a PA Text Index Configuration setup there.  When you do, there is a related list at the bottom of the form to associate an Indicator to it.  Once you do that, you will see the selectable indicator in your text analytics widget.

I am getting "blank" when I am creating widget in dashboard by selecting visualization as "word cloud". It same as above screenshot by juliesutton.

On that screenshot you have, click the second tab.  Go into those "fields to analyze" and make sure the indicators are also showing up there.  That's what I was missing.

Have you configured the setup record (text analytics) for your indicator source ?

Then, it will show a list of choice in the indicator field for the "text" widget type  :
