Incident count report by configuration item

I'm looking to create a chronic report for our   2 groups.

What I'm looking for is Configuration Items that had 3 or more incidents created in the past 30 days.

I can get the below result, but i don't care about the 1s and 2s and there's no way that i found to filter out that criteria.

Note that I am not a board admin and can't change any back end settings.

It doesn't seem like i have List v3 available, couldn't find where it is anyway.

As for Pareto, it works, but it's not super intuitive, it doesn't show the incidents as the list one i created where you can easily open the latest one and mark it as a chronic issue..

Ideally I would like something like I posted in my OP but just remove the 1s and 2s...

List v3 is available starting from the Helsinki release, Check article Activate List v3 for instructions how to enable.

Unfortunately I am not an admin on our service now install.

There is no other way to get such a result without List v3?
