Indicator with sys ID XYZ not found

hello everyone ,

the story so far: cloned prod over dev, and upgraded to helsinki patch 4

PA jobs ran successfully apart from this error in Incident: "Indicator with sys ID XYZ not found"

I am struggling to locate what is making a call to something that doesn't exist! Any clues please?

Yeah, intriguing. Do you have a domain separated instance by any chance?


Nope!




Only thing I can say is that I did add a new indicator or break down into prod recently (this was a break down on company for all existing indicator sources)




And this is my second sub-prod upgrade, the one I did a few weeks ago for a cursory review of Helsinki was BEFORE the indicator was added... and the error did not occur then



I currently also have my other sub-prod environment cloned but not upgraded so if it doesn't fail, it must be upgrade specific ?

Is there a difference between prod and sub-prod in the list of indicators related to the job?
