Hi All,
I’m trying to create indicators that show business elapsed time, percentage complete, and other SLA metrics for active SLA records on a Platform Analytics dashboard. However, the KPI details page does not display the most recent values. Instead, it shows the values from the last time the record was opened and not the actual values when the data collector job is executed.
Is there a way to ensure that when the data collector job runs, it retrieves the latest values from the task_sla record rather than the values when the related task was last opened?
