Instability Accessing Production Instance - Today 05/25/26

Hello!

Today, at approximately 9:20 AM (GMT-3 / BRT), we experienced instability while accessing the Production instance. When accessing the URL, the following message was displayed:
"Sorry, an error occurred or this page isn't available".

Were any other customers affected as well?

This  error encountered for all users or some users.

As this is a production, I will suggest to raise a case (Hi Ticket) on this issue ,so that Support can check log at backend and confirm what was the issue.

 

May be if you clear the cache , issue would be resolved . But in production instance, Clear Cache is not recommended until and unless you have proper approval.

 

So take ServiceNow's  Support .
