Interactive Filters are not working when the source table of the Interactive Filter and Report are different.

I am using task table for the Interactive Filter and for the report on Dashboard i am using task_sla table. So when I am applying the filter, it is not filtering properly. Please let me know the solution.

You can try to add reference to other table under filter settings. 

However, it might be not possible. Then you will have to create new filter for that table.

After exploring the Interactive filters, I used Cascade Interactive Filter and it filtered all the data based upon setting the Target Tables and target Fields.
