I created a dashboard to display changes grouped by business service. I had to utilize the task_cmdb_ci_service table because the change_request table does not include business services. The reports display fine but the out of the box interactive filter for change state is not working. I'm assuming this is because I am not using the change_request table in my reports. I don't have admin access in this instance to make changes or create interactive filters. Does anyone know any out of the box filters or ideas that would work to help me sort by state? Attached is an example of the dashboard. I want to keep it as simple as possible and sort on state. Thanks in advance for any feedback!!
