Hi everyone,
I've recently integrated my Platform Analytics (PA) dashboards into the Service Operations Workspace. These dashboards include several pivot tables that help categorize tasks assigned to each agent
However, I’ve run into an issue: when I click on a value in the pivot table (for example, if Angel has 7 high priority incidents assigned), the widget starts loading in the workspace but never actually displays the relevant records. Interestingly, this functionality works perfectly when viewing the dashboard directly in Platform Analytics.
It seems that clicking on the pivot table values doesn't properly open the related records within the Workspace environment.
Has anyone else experienced this, or is there a workaround or fix available?

How did you configure those?
Did you recently upgrade?
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

I included a pivot table using the Incidents table, filtered by Active = True, and grouped the data by Priority (as columns) and Assigned to (as rows).
In the meantime, I tested the same functionality in PDI. I created a dashboard in PA and added it to the Service Operations Workspace into Dashboard visibility section.
Yes! I've upgraded from Washington to Xanadu.
I also tried this xanadu workspace pivot table doesn't open record on first click and didn't fix the problem
