ITIL License count

Is there an easy way to extract the report on all users having ITIL license without any duplicates.

basically such a report is quite easy as you only have a look into the respective user group which is assigned to the itil role.

To understand this I have attached an article which explains how you should organize your user groups to match the subscription management requirements.
