KPI Composer

Hello,

I have a developer instance open and cant seem to locate the KPI Composer module/tool.  I have searched the Plugins and cant seem to locate it.  Is there a KPI Composer plugin for Training purposes only?  If there is, how to I install the plugin and work with the tool?
