HI All,
I would like to know what is the licensing model for performance analytics.
is it based role wise, like each role has a license involved?
Currently we are using the complementary version of performance analytics, is it completely free, I mean can we assign "pa_" roles to any number of users, or any license or cost involved in it.

My understanding (and you should absolutely confirm this with your ServiceNow sales team) is that the Performance Analytics licensing is based on a % of your subscription, not based on a particular role in ServiceNow.
If you're looking for something for a specific set of users rather than licensing the entire environment, you can take a look at Explore Analytics.

Thanks Yedwab...but th information I need is about role level costing for performance analytics.
I mena..if I have 1000 users.
200 are pa_admin, so I would give roles to all of them, so would cost be involved in it?
