List Data visualization

I have created a list data visualization and added to the service operational dashboard in overview dashboard,

but when i click the record in the list its showing page not found.

but the dashboard was created using platform analystics.

what debugging did you do from your side?

did you check the data visualization config within that dashboard?

Where do the other data visualizations on the dashboard redirect to? How is the Dashboard widget Clicked event configured for the dashboard (see https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/now-intelligence/config-custom-redirection-from-db.html)?
