List -Simple Visual Missing Tables

I am trying to create a "List - Simple" visual connected to the "global_tech_debt_request" table.

Screenshot shows no issue creating card or pivot table.

Why is this table unable to be found within this visual?

This was solved by assigning a role.

How do you go about it and what roles should you assign to be available here?

My sys admin set the role assignment, but I believe it is 

• tech_debt_read
• tech_debt_write
