List Visualization Variables Column Not Configurable

I am wanting to create a list view in Platform Analytics that shows a variable's value. In some of my sub-PROD instances, this works, but I am unable to do so in PROD. Instead, I get stuck on an eternal loading screen:

Any ideas where I should look?

I am having the same issue.  And even if i get to where I can select the variable, it doesn't actually display in the list report.

Now Support pointed us to PRB1746487 when we asked about it.  So it's a known bug.

The person with access to the HI Portal can't seem to find this one...

I was told they closed it and won't be working to fix it.
