Hi All,
I have created an ML Classification solution on the Incident table to auto-populate fields like Service/Category. The solution is trained and active.
However, when I create a new Incident, the predicted values are not getting populated automatically on the form.
My requirement:
I want ML predictions to populate fields during Incident creation itself.
Questions:
- Does ML Classification automatically populate fields on record creation?
- Do we need to explicitly trigger prediction using script?
- What is the correct way to apply predictions when a new Incident is created?
Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks!

1. Ensure The plugins com.glide.platform_ml and com.snc.incident.ml_solution must be active.
2. Deactivate OOB PI business rule on incident and create same for your requirement.
Update your solution definition in the advance script.
3. Test it now
