You would need to make sure that the Collect breakdown matrix is selected at the Indicator level. If you do that, you would be able to select multiple breakdown sources on the Analytics Hub. If you wanted to do it at the Widget level, you would need to make sure that it is a specific type of widget. You can only select one breakdown source on a dashboard at a time. You can select multiple elements of that breakdown source, but again only one breakdown source at a time. If you have had a workbench widget on your dashboard for an example, you could select a breakdown at the dashboard level that is different than what you are using to populate your workbench widget and it would show both.
You can see here that I have selected Assignment Group - SAP Support at the dashboard level, and my widget is using State:
If you select a breakdown at the dashboard level when using a workbench widget, know that you will not be able to select another one on the Breakdowns tab in your widget:
If you don't have a breakdown selected at the dashboard level, it will open the ability to select different breakdowns at the widget level:
So after all of that explanation, if you have Breakdown Matrix selected at the Indicator level, you can do some of what I think you are asking for. You can select to different breakdowns on the Analytics Hub. On your dashboard, you can only select one breakdown at a time at the dashboard level, but multiple elements within that breakdown. If you have a widget that is already broke down my something, you can use it together with the breakdown on the dashboard.
