My developer instance is not loading. Shows error: 502 Bad Gateway. 
My internet is working fine though.

Hi @AtirRahman ,

 

As you might know, there is no support available in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

1. Wait - it should come online after some time.

2. If you get tired of waiting, release the instance and request a fresh installation.

Hi @AtirRahman 

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can refresh the PDI form developer site and sometime by refreshing the PDI come online.
  4. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
