I need to create a report of Assignment Group Hardware for last year which should be grouped by Month.

I created a report but unable to group by monthly basis

No, I would recommend staying in platform.

If you need it, just export the records and create the chart in Excel.

Last doubt i also need to pull which tickets were closed within SLA and which ones were not, how to add that in the report ?
