Need to create a report on grouped by Monthly

I need to create a report of Assignment Group Hardware for last year which should be grouped by Month.

I created a report but unable to group by monthly basis

Probably should base your report on database view Incident SLA (incident_sla)

We have an option called as Made SLA in incident is it something which may without creating Database views ???

Probably that will work, however Incident SLA is a out of box DB view, you should have available.
