No data available in domain separated instance

Hello! We have just started the PA usage and managed to get everything working. I'm working in a domain separated instance and when I'm using admin account and selecting "global" in domain picker it works perfectly. When I want to see the results from any sub-domain the Dashboard shows "No data available".

The user in lower domain has a role "pa_viewer" and he can see the Dashboard but not the data. However, when the lower level domain user opens the "Open Incident Reports" Dashboard he can see the actual tickets.

Can anyone identify what's the problem here? I tried reading the documentation from here: Performance analytics with domain separation but didn't actually find any answer.

Hi Mika,

the answer is in the documentation you are referring to:

"To populate the data, create a separate data collector job for each domain. Ensure each user selected in the Run as field is a member of the correct domain. The collected score is recorded under the domain of the Run as user."

So set up a collection job per domain.

Hope this helps.

Cheers, Pieter

Thanks, I tried this. According to the log it shows 0 results. I populated the "Run as" field with a user from lower level domain.

Hi Mika,

Have you created a set of PA components which will be used by every domain? This should be a global set.

Have you created a set of PA components which will be used by each domain? This should be a individual set.

I used ootb components and they are all in "global". I believe they should be available for all domains in that case, right?
