Hello! We have just started the PA usage and managed to get everything working. I'm working in a domain separated instance and when I'm using admin account and selecting "global" in domain picker it works perfectly. When I want to see the results from any sub-domain the Dashboard shows "No data available".
The user in lower domain has a role "pa_viewer" and he can see the Dashboard but not the data. However, when the lower level domain user opens the "Open Incident Reports" Dashboard he can see the actual tickets.
Can anyone identify what's the problem here? I tried reading the documentation from here: Performance analytics with domain separation but didn't actually find any answer.

Thanks again. In the topic you refer it says:
"The OOTB content, which comes with Performance Analytics for Incident Management, is loaded into the global domain. Because of the "Process" visibility rules mentioned above, you can use this content with any domain."
Why cannot I still see the data in lower domains? The ootb data collection job is run with "System Administrator" user account. Do I still need to duplicate the job for lower level domain(s)?

This was the correct answer, thanks. What I missed (once again) was that when I select "Insert and Stay" when copying the job, it doesn't copy the related lists contents. In this case the Indicators were not copied.
Thanks a lot for your time pieter.goris and rajmasurkar
