Opened at date field is coming as blank for some Incidents and Tasks

Hello, 

I have a issue that Opened_at field is coming as blank for some incidents and tasks. I dont know why this happened. Please help me to find out the issue.

How are these created? From a record producer, or in the backend?

Hello @Mark Manders 

These were created from record producer. I have same issue for some tasks also ans those were created from service portal.

Do you have dictionary overrides on the 'opened by' field? Or custom logic that updates the field for some reason? OOB this should just always be filled correctly, on every task.
