Q2: After dashboards migrated to Platform Analytics, changes in the Data visualization. Legends' name changing – prefixing widget name, is there any option to disable prefix?

Q3: Has anyone successfully created a touch support and is willing to share the Visualization and conditions, and maybe set up a Team meeting with me? If so, please share you email address, and I will reschedule a 30 min meeting. The touch report will help the Incident users determine the amount of work they may have completed on an Incident, but they are not the team who resolved the Incident.

Q4: Is there any plan to improve data labels on pie reports? Today, they are hit or miss whether they appear on slices, even when there is plenty of real estate for them to do so. Zooming out helps, but still almost never gets a label per slice.

Q5: Our transition strategy to Platform Analytics was developed following ServiceNow's guidance on the deprecation of the CORE UI Performance Analytics. However, the constant changes to ServiceNow's deprecation timeline are impacting our strategy. Why is the deprecation timeline for the CORE UI continually changing, and is it accurate that it has been postponed until the end of 2027?

Q6: Currently, "filter groups" type are not able to be added to library. When will this be fixed for able to duplicate to other dashboards?

Q7: We have a rule in place that all non-roled users are forced to Employee Center, this includes many executives. They have no interest in accessing NextUI and like to work exclusively within Employee Center. How can I expose a Platform Analytics Dashboard in Employee Center or SP Page for them to view? I would like it to be the Dashboard, so I only make edits once, versus manually adding in SP Widgets with individual albeit limited visualizations.

Q8: I am working with business capabilities in ServiceNow. I have a question around the Level on the CMDB_CI_BUSINESS_CAPABILITY table. I am trying to create a filter for a dashboard to filter by the level, but I am unable to at this time. The field is identified as "hierarchy_level", but neither the level or hierarchy_level shows to be selected in the filter. I understand this to be OOTB design. I have a request to create a filter on a dashboard that would filter the DVs by level. Is there a way to do this?

Q9: Platform analytics dashboard, all data visualization gone bad when I was working on same dashboard in split window browser. Description: In the Platform Analytics dashboard, the data visualizations become distorted and misaligned when the dashboard is viewed in a split‑screen browser window. When the browser width is reduced, all filters and the visualizations under the Process KPIs tab compress to fit the narrow layout. However, after restoring the browser to full width, the visualizations do not revert to their original layout. I opened the same dashboard in a split‑screen view in the Edge browser to compare the data visualization configurations, and the issue occurred.

Q10: Do you have recommendations or framework, or best practices to Certify Dashboards/Data Visualizations?

Q11: On employee center/portal, we are looking for a way to report on a particular Gat help catalog item that has a short description field enabled to display suggested related catalog item or KB articles to help deflect the user to either submit a service request or could get help using KB if match is found. We need to be able to report on those deflections that didn't require submission of the Get Help because a matching solution was found.

Q12: The question about only have 3 columns to search in library, like that you can't search by table, Marta said: "We definitely agree that this should be improved, we currently did not have the time to get to it, but we understand the needs". Does this mean this feature is no longer coming out in Australia? If so, when can we expect it? I submitted an idea for this issue back in December 2024, and it is a strong need for our end users.

Q13: On Platform Analytics, if you set a group by visualization to "Show All", it won't actually show all, and I understand why that is the case and that there is a system property controlling the actual group max being displayed. However, prior to migration, we would still see an "other" column. On platform analytics, that is gone, and the numbers are thrown off. Can that limitation be documented as a known error, or can the idea by advanced to be fixed to not throw off data totals?

Q14: Filter data sources have recently removed the dot walking that showed actual variables and now only shows the base table. Was this by design? It makes it impossible to troubleshoot someone's filter because you can't see its true configuration.

Q15: I created a visualization on a dashboard using the "metric_instance" table, and as an admin, I can see it fine on the actual dashboard, but a user I shared it with (as a viewer) cannot see this visualization. They can see the other visualizations on the same dashboard (task table). Where do I need to set the ACL to allow this user to view the visualization on the metric_instance table?

Q16: When can we see more documentation on scripting related to components of Platform Analytics? Right now, there are many places where there is a scope for using scripts, but not enough guidance on how to correctly use it to suit our requirements. As we know that all requirements normally does not always fit just with the out-of-the-box solutions.

Q17: Will there be an option for using the browser developer tools for ingesting browser critical issues into a SN platform analytics performance troubleshooting process? Currently, PA dashboards with Chrome Inspector show a lot of failed red issues from a variety of variables missing.

Q19: Per the link below, my team has been unable to create a Dashboard with CMDB data and apply the LifeCycle Stage filter to it in the NEXT experience/Platform Analytics. (Core UI works) Olga responded on ‎03-25-2024, asking to create a ticket. A case had been opened previously, CS7228582, on 2024-03-18. Solution Proposed: Address the problem as an enhancement.
Can you please provide an update? We are still unable to create this filtering in the Australia PDI recently in Platform Analytics.

Q20: Currently, the filter variable utilizing the CMDB table with class types for "is a" can't be used like the legacy and is not available. ie, class is a server that represents all "server groups". The class field can only be used one at a time, such as Windows Server, and then another filter for Linux server which is very ineffective for hundreds of server types.
