Right now I have itil setup to inherit pa_viewer. This allows my itil users to see the widgets (graphs) in PA, but if they want to click on one to get into the detail they get a "security constraints prevent access to requested page" message. I haven't been able to determine which table ACL may be the cause of this, and there's nothing obvious in the PA admin stuff. itil users have read access to pretty much everything in our instance right now, so I don't think it has anything to do with the actual related 'Task' tables.

Hi Jude,
I just had this issue and i know why now
If you are trying to access the breakdown then the indicator that comes up should be accessible by that user.
For ex: if you go to incident management dashboard and in overview tab click on the basic indicators, it shows you the details related to that indicator. What you need to do to make that accessible is go to the indicator record and under access control tab, select the visible to all users, or mention the role which you want it to be visible for.
Please mark the answer as correct or helpful if it helps resolving the issue

I have the exact same issue, and the access control on indicator is set to visible to everyone, screenshot below, but when a user does a group by on the records and then click on the grouping to open in new tab, it wont show any records it says sys_id=Null
