We are attempting to convert a report into an indicator we can put in the Analytics Hub for Management. When running the indicator, and comparing to the report results, on most data-points, they match. However, there are some data-points (days) that they don't match. For those days, we downloaded the results from the Data Collector job into Excel. When we sum up the hours (we're dealing in hours), it is a different number than the number showing in the Analytics Hub for that day. Why wouldn't it show the right number?
Example...
When we export the records in Analytics hub to Excel, the hour total is 2208 (which is correct)
But the Analytics Hub shows the number for this data as 2166 (which is incorrect).
Why would it show 2166 if the records it's pulling total 2208?

Without seeing the specifics behind the indicator and indicator source collecting the records, it's hard to say what the cause is. The analytics hub is going to present the appropriate aggregation you've defined based on the records the indicator source collects. I'm assuming your indicator is Sum on whatever field is hours on your records? Do you have anything in "value when nil" on the indicator?

On "value when nil," I have 0. Don't ask me what I did... but it's working now!!! I basically just started over. Thanks for the help (and moral support)!
