Hi,
Performance Analytics job [PA Incident] Daily Data Collection in returning errors in the job log. Here is the error:

If you open the record for "[PA Incident] Daily Data Collection" there should be a related list with indicators. Most probably this one that doesn't exists is still part of that list and should be deleted from there.

Hi Luis,
What release are you on? I believe for that error you're affected by a known problem, PRB718182. This problem is fixed on a later release.
Basically the issue is caused by the operator "SAMEAS" is case sensitive (on the list filters it is not) therefore only exact matches are collected. As a workaround you can move the additional condition to the indicator source (if possible), otherwise you should create a new indicator source which contains the additional condition (Resolved ON is same Day as Opened) until the PRB is fixed and the instance is upgraded.

We were on Helsinki and just upgraded to Jakarta. We still have this issue and this was not resolved in the newest version.
